I was due a small refund a few months…
I was due a small refund a few months ago, which wasn't automatically put into my account. I emailed and Priya was very quick in responding and arranged the refund very quickly. Thank you Priya.

Good and Bad.....
I contacted Good Energy to initiate a refund from my account with them. I was told it was in hand and would be in my bank account within 10 days. On the eleventh day I contacted them again. the issue was looked into by Lily who helped to track down the issue. Apparently the 'payments' team deleted the request - What is that about??? It was my money and my right to have it returned. Lily re-instigated my request and although I had to wait up to another 10 days I did eventually receive my refund! - Thank you Lily! - Payments team - do sort yourselves out. It does not inspire confidence to have the request to return one's own money deleted with no explanation or contact......

Good energy aee really focused
Good energy aee really focused, on giving the best to their customers and being champions of being green - supporting individual people who have solar panels, or other green electricity generating technology.

I've been a customer for many years, and would not dream of changing supplier- they are the best!

You also get first class service if you contact them - no waiting for hours to talk to someone! Like today - my query answered promptly by Alyssia!

So pleased they are receiving my gas readings as I was reluctant to use my gas due to unknown charges.

Clearing up smart meter problems
There have been problems with our electricity account ever since our smart meter was installed, and I've had to contact Good Energy about it several times over the last twelve months or so. The response from the customer service people has always been good. This time it was Nessa who helped to get things sorted out.

Great Energy
Good Energy are a great company and helped me as much as they could and more. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with and they have been working to put things right, and Nicholas, who was so knowledgeable and put me on track for all my energy needs.

Great response from Maame, so nice to get direct relevant answers quickly.

Have been a Good Energy customer for a number of years and the best thing about the company other than the environmental ethos is the customer service and availability of real people to answer queries !!

Terrible experience with Good Energy…
Terrible experience with Good Energy over the last 3 months. I paid my bill in full last Dec and then continued receiving demands for payment, texts, emails and finally a phone call from their debt collection department yesterday. This was despite repeated attempts to get in touch with their customer service department, who when they finally answered the phone, repeatedly asked me the same questions...there was no record made on my account of the different discussions I had with different people...finally the debt collection team worked out that they owed me money rather than me owing them...more like Bad Energy

Brilliant customer service.
Gina was brilliant and very quick with sorting out my problem. I should add that the problem was originally caused by Good Energy's own admin error but the staff are always so friendly, helpful and easy to contact.

I had a frustrating initial experience…
I had a frustrating initial experience with being overbilled in a surprising way which was quite frustrating. But I spoke to Massi and he was extremely helpful and very competent at helping me. He called me back between my meetings for the day, on time and went above and beyond to help me understand the problem. After a while it was clear that there had been an error when fitting my meter and Massi was extremely helpful in fixing the problem and rebilling.

Dreadful
Dreadful. Overcharging. No explanation of huge bills. No communication from them. One of the worst energy companies in my view. I am leaving them and quickly.

Vanessa replied immediately to an enquiry from me explaining that our smart meter did not appear to be working. She explained a number of things in a pleasant and helpful manner. The next direct debit that Good Energy took was somewhat less than we had expected.
